Shipping, times, delays, and mail theft
Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC offers no guarantee on handling or transit time, both internally and externally. For example, if USPS Priority mail is purchased, as a means of obtaining on order faster, over slower shipping methods, this does not mean that the item will ship, and or, arrive sooner.
Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC is not responsible for any damages incurred due to postal delays, regardless of cause. Shipping costs are non refundable. Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC reserves the right to delay a refund for an item lost in transit, up to a time of forty (40) days from the date of shipment. Occasionally, these items are only badly delayed, and do eventually arrive.
Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC is not responsible for loss or theft of packages post delivery (porch pirates). It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address they provide is secure.

Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC is not responsible for manufacture changes to product or packaging.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Import duties, taxes, and charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in pricing, or shipping and handling. Do not ask us to forge customs documentation.
Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC is not responsible for typographic errors. We reserve the right to dishonor a price, at our discretion, if it is found to be grossly in error.
At no time will the monetary liability of Valkyrie RC Motorsports LLC exceed the actual purchase cost of merchandise purchased. Shipping costs are non refundable.
