Shipping
  • Your package will ship promptly after payment, excluding weekends and USPS holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for mail stolen after confirmed delivery, secure your mail.

Returns
  • Buyer must contact us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
  • Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) business days.
  • Generally, merchandise must be returned in the same condition as sold, (Complete with any and all packaging, be unaltered, and undamaged) or the refund may be refused or reduced by the replacement cost of missing or damaged parts.
  • We are not responsible for merchandise damaged during use, including installation. Manufacture defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis.     
  • Returns must include the purchase order number.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
